STAMP DUTY - Warning Stealth Tax Alert
In the first Labour Budget since the 1970's Gordon Brown introduced one of his first major stealth taxes which is now a significant tax on moving. All transfers of property after the 8th July 1997 are to be taxed at the following rates.
